Job Opportunity

Sephora is looking for a skilled professional to lead their store team in delivering exceptional client experiences.

This role involves supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in leading the store team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

  • Developing a selling culture that drives results and consistently raises the performance of the team through coaching and supporting their growth and development.
  • Utilising reporting data to inform operational decisions by working closely with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager and fellow team members.
  • Facilitating open communication with the team by providing effective feedback and consistent communication with management.
  • Serving as the point of contact when being the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and cast member matters within a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous retail management experience across areas of managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management & training, stock control and visual merchandising. They will also be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the store team to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive sales results.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Coaching and supporting the team's growth and development.
  • Maintaining a strong and positive culture within the store.

In this role, you will work across all categories from beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness; as well as store functions of sales, management, and back-of-house operations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous retail management experience.
  • Skills in managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management & training, stock control and visual merchandising.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A passion for excellent client service and experiential retail.
  • A drive for results and a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
