**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Beauty Apprentice. This entry-level position offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience and training in various aspects of the beauty industry. As a Beauty Apprentice, you will work closely with experienced beauty professionals to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as skincare, cosmetic tattooing, and customer service. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about beauty and eager to pursue a career in the field.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist senior beauty professionals with various tasks, including preparing treatment rooms, prepping clients, and organising inventory.
- Learn and practice basic beauty techniques under the guidance of experienced mentors, such as lash lifts and facials.
- Observe and actively participate in client consultations, gaining insight into clients' needs and preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring they feel welcomed, comfortable, and valued throughout their beauty experience.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to expand your knowledge and stay current on beauty trends, products, and techniques.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in accordance with industry regulations and company protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and professional work environment, fostering teamwork and mutual support.
- Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to new tasks and challenges as they arise.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for the beauty industry and a desire to learn and grow professionally.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing demeanour.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients.
- Willingness to take direction and constructive feedback from senior beauty professionals.
- Basic knowledge of beauty products, techniques, and terminology is a plus but not required.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
