We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Floor Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our store.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Senior Beauty Advisors to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive sales growth
  • Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in leading the store team and making operational decisions
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, sales performance, and team productivity

Requirements:

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven retail management experience with a strong track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
