About the Role

As a Senior Beauty Operations Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and developing a team of Senior Beauty Advisors to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Managing inventory levels, visual merchandising, and stock control to ensure maximum impact on the sales floor.
  • Collaborating with store managers and assistant store managers to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
  • Providing coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail management or leadership position.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
