Job Opportunity: Floor Manager

The role of a Floor Manager is to lead the store team in a fast-paced retail environment and provide excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience through coaching and supporting team members' growth and development.
  • Drive sales performance by utilizing and interpreting reporting data to support operational decisions.
  • Facilitate open communication with the team by providing effective feedback and consistent management interaction.
  • Serve as the point of contact for client and cast member matters within a fast-paced environment.

This position offers opportunities to work across various categories, including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness, as well as store functions such as sales, management, and back-of-house operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail management experience is required.
  • Excellent client service skills are essential.
  • Ability to provide 5 full days of availability across key trading times, including late-night, weekend, and public holiday trading.
