Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of our Mobile Childcare Service at a Condobolin Childcare Centre. This position involves developing productive relationships between clients and staff to deliver high-quality outcomes for families and children.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily running of the Mobile Childcare Service, ensuring it delivers a top-notch program for children in remote locations.
  • Establish effective relationships between clients and staff to support successful outcomes for families and children.
  • Mentor educators on program delivery and documentation of learning progress.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care or higher level qualification.
  • Current Working with Children Check, First Aid Certificate, and valid Driver's Licence.
  • Relevant industry knowledge and experience.
