Customer Experience Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Associate to join our Front Office Team at Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Port Douglas. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities- Provide personalized and timely assistance to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Take ownership of guest issues and work collaboratively with the Front Office team and other departments to resolve them efficiently.
- Handle telephone inquiries professionally and ensure that guest privacy is maintained at all times.
- Work flexible rosters, including weekends, to ensure that our guests receive the best possible service.
- A positive 'can-do' attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Flexible approach with the ability to identify and implement new initiatives and problem-solving solutions.
- Experience working with a Property Management System (PMS) is desirable, although training will be provided.
- High school certificate or equivalent qualification; a tertiary qualification is highly regarded.
- Previous experience in a similar role within an international standard 4- or 5-star hotel is an advantage.

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
