Medical Support Professional
We are seeking a skilled Medical Secretary to provide administrative support to our medical staff and patients.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and time management skills, as well as exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide reception and secretarial services to medical staff and patients
- Process patient admissions and manage patient information
- Answer telephone calls and respond to enquiries
- Liaise with patient admission teams and other hospital departments
- Organise theatre and hospital bookings
Requirements:
- Experience with Medicare and Private Health Insurance
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
