We are seeking a skilled Medical Receptionist to deliver exceptional patient care and administrative support in our busy administration team.
Key Responsibilities- To manage and maintain accurate records, reports and databases as required.

The ideal candidate will possess:
Essential Skills and Qualifications- A minimum of 2 years' experience in specialist medical reception and administration.
- Proven knowledge of medical terminology and clinical trials.
- Exceptional patient skills, both in person and on the phone.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral.
- Demonstrates high level of computer literacy.
- Care through empathy for others.
- Respect acknowledging the dignity and uniqueness of each individual.
- Teamwork understanding that anything can be achieved through a combination of individual contribution and joint effort.
