Medical Support Professional

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.
Your main responsibilities will include answering phone calls, billing clients, and booking appointments.
You will have the opportunity to work with a friendly and experienced team who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.
We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, who is able to work well under pressure and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role would be highly valued, but we are happy to consider candidates who are eager to learn and develop their skills.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical software
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
