Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to lead our New Hiring Events (NHE) and talent acquisition strategy.

This role will be responsible for pre-planning, executing, and auditing NHEs to meet labor order demands and fill positions on-time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serving as the lead for planning, execution, and audit of NHEs.
  • Identifying effective talent supply chain providers, onboarding, and managing against execution, cost, and compliance.
  • Building a talent acquisition strategy, funnel management, and leading initiatives to optimize hiring lead time, cost, and service levels.
  • Completing post-event audits and communicating event metrics to staffing leadership.
  • Escalating problems or variances in labor plans to relevant teams and following through on resolution.
  • Training Staffing Coordinators on best practices and ensuring standard work is followed.

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and leadership roles.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
