Customer Service Team Leader

Are you a motivated and driven manager looking to work with a multinational firm in the business travel sector? We are seeking a leader to join our team and coach, develop, and motivate a team of consultants to achieve company performance goals and accomplish incredible customer outcomes with every interaction.
About the Role
- A competitive salary range of $80k - $90k + Super (depending on experience)
- Full-time Permanent Role, roster between 11.45am-9pm
- Hybrid working options (flexibility provided)
- Beautiful Melbourne CBD office (outstanding views) – easily accessible by train
- 4 weeks of comprehensive, paid training and a supportive team environment
- Regular free initiatives and team days
About You
- Vocal fluency in English, Chinese, and Mandarin is mandatory
- Proven experience in a leadership position within a contact centre environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Australian citizen or permanent resident
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Customer Service, your main duties will involve coaching, developing, motivating, and inspiring a team of ambitious and passionate consultants to achieve company performance goals and accomplish incredible customer outcomes with every interaction. A couple of big focuses of this position will include process improvement and workflow management.
