About the OpportunitySecurecorp has an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Security Control Room Operator to provide exceptional customer service and emergency response to one of our prominent clients based in Broadmeadows.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor CCTV systems to ensure optimal security and safety.
- Manage phone systems to respond to emergencies and provide support.
- Perform IT duties to maintain the security system's integrity.
- Provide high-level security and customer service duties to ensure client satisfaction.
- Guard, patrol, monitor, and control assigned premises to prevent unauthorized access.
- Respond to emergencies, alarm events, and calls for assistance, providing necessary support.
- Assess and respond to situations of risk to ensure the safety of clients and employees.
- Manage access control systems to ensure secure entry and exit.
- Write incident reports and maintain data logs to track security incidents.
12-hour rotating shifts, including day and night shifts.
