About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Full Time Security Control Room Operator to provide excellent customer service and emergency response to one of our prominent clients based in Broadmeadows.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring of CCTV
  • Management of phone systems
  • IT duties
  • Providing a high level of security and customer service duties
  • Guarding, patrolling, monitoring, and controlling assigned premises
  • Responding to emergencies, alarm events, calls for assistance, and providing necessary support
  • Assessing and responding to situations of risk
  • Access control
  • Incident report writing and data logs

Rostered Hours

12 hour rotating shifts Day/Night.

  • Current Security License
  • Control Room & Monitoring MUST BE ON LICENCE
  • Control Room Experience (2 years +)
  • Current First Aid certificate & CPR
  • Impeccable presentation
  • Flexibility to work rotating rosters. Willingness to work nights/weekends
  • Great communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to work as part of a team
