Security Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Control Room Operator to join our team at Securecorp. As a key member of our security operations team, you will be responsible for monitoring and responding to security incidents, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and respond to security incidents, including CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarms.
- Communicate with emergency services and internal stakeholders to ensure effective incident response.
- Maintain accurate security incident reports, data logs, and visitor logs.
- Minimum 2 years of control room experience.
- Strong administrative skills, computer competency, and excellent email etiquette.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and experience with Fire-Panels is desirable.
- Valid driver's license with transport.
- Knowledge of Gallagher, Avigilon, Genetec, Ascom, and Passagepoint applications is highly regarded.
- Current Security License with Control Room Certification endorsement.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certification.
- ASIC clearance is desirable.
