About the Opportunity

Securecorp is a leading provider of security services, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Control Room Operator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring CCTV systems, managing phone systems, performing IT duties, and providing exceptional customer service and security duties.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring CCTV systems and responding to emergency situations
  • Managing phone systems and providing support to clients
  • Performing IT duties and maintaining system integrity
  • Providing exceptional customer service and security duties
  • Assessing and responding to situations of risk
  • Access control and incident report writing

Rostered Hours

12 hour rotating shifts, Day/Night.

  • Current Security License
  • Control Room & Monitoring experience (2 years +)
  • Current First Aid certificate & CPR

  • Ability to work as part of a team
