About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Control Room Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring CCTV, managing phone systems, performing IT duties, and providing exceptional customer service and emergency response to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor CCTV systems to ensure the safety and security of our clients' premises
  • Manage phone systems to respond to emergency calls and provide assistance
  • Perform IT duties to maintain the integrity of our systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service and emergency response to our clients
  • Guard, patrol, monitor, and control assigned premises to ensure the safety and security of our clients' assets
  • Respond to emergencies, alarm events, and calls for assistance, providing the necessary support and resources
  • Assess and respond to situations of risk, taking proactive measures to mitigate potential threats
  • Manage access control systems to ensure authorized personnel have access to secure areas
  • Write incident reports and maintain data logs to ensure accurate records of events

Rostered Hours

The successful candidate will be required to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including days and nights.

  • Current Security License
  • Control Room & Monitoring experience (2 years +)
  • Current First Aid certificate & CPR
