Investment Accounting Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate fund subscription documents, agreements, and compliance requirements.
  • Record and reconcile fund transactions such as capital calls, distributions, and valuations.
  • Prepare and review management accounts and month-end reporting.
  • Record and reconcile real estate transactions (acquisitions, disposals, rental income).
  • Manage tax compliance and statutory filings in partnership with external advisors.
  • Maintain efficient document management and reconciliations.
Requirements
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Ideal background includes working towards a CA or CPA qualification.
  • 2–3 years' experience in accounting, advisory, or a comparable role.
  • Strong financial reporting and analytical skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills (plus solid Word and PowerPoint).
