Home Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our caregiving staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to clients in their own homes.

Your duties may include personal care, domestic support, transportation, in-home respite, and providing companionship. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

About the Role:

  • You will work as part of a remote team to deliver personalized care to clients with varying needs.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with clients, family members, and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care / Individual Support / Disability or 2+ years of nursing experience.
  • Victorian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle with insurance.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • First Aid Certificate (within 3 years).
  • CPR Certificate (within 1 year).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Patient and compassionate nature.
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a remote team.
  • Dedicated, reliable, honest.
  • Willing to learn and upskill with every opportunity.
