Key Responsibilities- Monitoring of Alarms and CCTV Systems
- Identification of Potential Incidents and Risk Mitigation
- Attending to High Volume of Outbound and Inbound Calls
- Liaison with Police and Internal Stakeholders and Clients
- Incident Reporting and Documentation
- Occasional Data Entry and Record Keeping
- Working in a Team Environment and Rotating Roster
- MUST hold a current Monitoring Licence
- Excellent Customer Service Skills and Experience in Customer Service and/or Security/Monitoring
- Ability to Assess Potential for Incidents and Risk Mitigation
- Compiling and Completing Reports in a Timely Manner
- Excellent Communication and Written Skills
- Mature Outlook to Work and Proficient in PC Skills for Report Writing
