**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to provide expert support and guidance to our teams across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human resources principles, policies, and procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a key role in supporting the People & Development team and working closely with business leaders and employees across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, timely, and professional human resources advice, support, and solutions to business leaders and employees throughout the employee life cycle.
  • Manage the HR inbox and respond promptly to general HR queries.
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new employees, including coordinating receipt of approvals for new contracts and contract renewals.
  • Prepare draft employment contracts and employment variations for review and approval by the Business Partnering Team.
  • Support the broader People & Development team with designing and delivering initiatives, projects, training programs, and activities that are rolled out across all business areas.
  • Maintain effective employee relations by building and maintaining strong, professional, and conciliatory relationships with employees and their representatives.
