Job Description

We are seeking a strategic HR expert to provide support to local business leaders and teams in Sydney, Australia.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the HR team in headquarters, delivering HR processes and programs in the local office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement country-specific HR policies and processes, ensuring compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with local business leaders and employees, providing guidance on HR policies and practices, people strategies, and solutions.
  • Oversee the entire HR spectrum, including manpower planning, recruitment, employee engagement, talent management, performance management, rewards, employment relations, and exit management.
  • Supervise administrative matters such as asset control, inventory management, office access, and expenditures.
Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration.
  • At least 7 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Familiarity with local employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with all levels within an organization, and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and react to shifting priorities.
