Job Description:

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a high-performing team as a Strategic Human Resources Expert. The role involves overseeing the entire human resources management process, from recruiting and onboarding new staff members to maintaining employee records and files.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources management, with excellent administrative skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules for Building Managers, Concierge, and Cleaners using Deputy
  • Handle and resolve human resources issues
  • Create and maintain all employee records and files
  • Conduct hiring and recruitment processes compliant with local, state, and federal laws
  • Onboard new staff members and offboard staff leaving the company
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
  • Manage succession planning and performance follow-up
  • Respond to HR inquiries after hours

Requirements:

  • Degree in psychology, social sciences, or business administration with an emphasis on human resources management
  • Strong administrative background
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Process-driven, outcome-oriented, and high attention to detail
  • Proven experience in generalist HR roles
  • +3 years of experience in related tasks
  • Previous experience in the strata industry is desirable
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to influence and motivate others

Benefits:

  • Salary package between $80k to $90k depending on experience

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm
