Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in ANZ. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, ensuring their success and growth with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 80-120 customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement customer success plans to drive customer growth and adoption of our products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to identify and address customer needs and pain points.
- Provide regular business reviews and insights to customers, highlighting opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Identify and escalate customer issues, working closely with internal teams to resolve and prevent future issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across multiple customer teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to the team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing/account management role, with a proven track record of customer success and growth.
- Strong business acumen, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Experience with SaaS and marketing automation software, with a strong understanding of email marketing and customer engagement strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
