Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our rural workforce research initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting desktop research, identifying high-growth regions, and assessing opportunities for medical workforce attraction, retention, and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement research projects to support our rural mission.
  • Conduct literature reviews and statistical analysis to inform research projects.
  • Collaborate with academic and professional staff across clinical and academic settings to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification in demography, human geography, health services, or a health-related field.
  • Experience in statistical analysis and literature review, with demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively to research projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with academic and professional staff and students across clinical and academic settings.
