Human Resource Manager

Main Responsibilities
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS with local business leaders to support performance improvement and enable growth through data insights and workforce planning.
  • Guide leaders in managing employee issues, investigations, and case management aligned with our values and policies.
  • Develop and maintain local industrial relations, supporting leaders in negotiations aligned with our overall industrial strategy.
  • LEAD THE ROLL-OUT OF PEOPLE & CULTURE INITIATIVES and support organisational change.
What you will need to succeed
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field, with substantial experience in HR business partnering, employee and industrial relations, organisational change and HR planning.
  • Strong knowledge of human resource management practices, including experience with collective bargaining and exposure to acquisitions and integrations.
  • EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business.
  • Strong critical thinking, decision making and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex workplace issues.
  • Proven ability to plan, coordinate and deliver HR-related projects and initiatives, including managing significant business change.
