The Sales & Market Support Officer plays a crucial role in maintaining and developing customer relationships from an administrative aspect.
Responsibilities include handling general customer enquiries, processing sales orders and invoices, coordinating domestic and international logistics, and providing prompt feedback to both customers and colleagues.
This involves managing customer interactions across multiple channels, including telephone, email, and web-based systems.
A key aspect of the role is aligning customer needs with our operational and supply chain capabilities through close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
This requires proactive communication of customer feedback to the Sales and Marketing team, as well as liaison with internal Credit, Quality, and Finance teams to support business continuity.
The position also includes implementing pricing and marketing strategies, supporting the Sales & Marketing team by gathering and analyzing data from various sources.
This involves monitoring market dynamics, such as competitor activities and technological advancements, to provide valuable insights to the Sales and Marketing team.
In addition, the Sales & Market Support Officer will prepare regular reports and presentations to share insights with internal stakeholders and provide support to the Head of Sales & Marketing and other team members as needed.
