We are seeking a dynamic Agricultural Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

The Agricultural Specialist will be responsible for providing expert advice on crop health, nutrition and protection to clients across Broadacre and Horticulture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tailored agronomic solutions to address client needs and opportunities
  • Conduct farm visits to identify customer challenges and provide recommendations
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients
  • Maximise promotional opportunities through demonstrations and trial work
  • Achieve allocated business objectives and assist with product forecasting and inventory management
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Agricultural Science or a related field
  • Previous experience in a customer-focused Sales position
  • Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work autonomously while delivering results
  • Sound use of digital Farm Management Systems
