Electrical Sales Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Sales Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer relationships and technical mastery.

About the Role
  • This is a permanent contract role based in Rockhampton, North Queensland.
  • You will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager in the Sales department.

As an Electrical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for owning and managing your territory, working with channel partners and product installers to grow our offer through promotion, education, and recommending the right solutions.

Main Areas of Focus
  • Product & Brand Conversion: Promote our products and services across various forums to drive growth.
  • Customer Development: Develop new and existing customers to increase market share.
  • Brand Presence: Maintain brand and business presence through effective communication and call cycles with channel partners and electrical contractors.
  • Improvement Identification: Identify areas for improvement and work with support functions to deliver excellent customer experience.
  • Customer Insights: Maintain customer insights through CRM.
  • Sales Pipeline Development: Develop and manage the sales pipeline.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical products and solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in the electrical or technology industry is highly desirable.
