About This Role

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in a dynamic retail environment.

This role involves working closely with customers to understand their needs, providing expert advice on products, and ensuring seamless transactions.

  • Use our optimized sales process to connect customers with the right products and services.
  • Develop strong sales and customer service skills through ongoing training and real-world experience.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers by actively listening, asking questions, and following up on quotes and leads.
  • Participate in daily team meetings to stay aligned with colleagues and prioritize tasks.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge by completing required training modules and staying up-to-date with industry developments.

Key Responsibilities

This position requires helping with store opening and closing procedures, operating our point-of-sale system, processing end-of-day cash-up, and executing tasks as directed by the Store Manager.

Product Knowledge and Sales

  • Gain expertise on our range of products, including bikes, components, apparel, and technology.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

Store Operations and Maintenance

  • Help maintain visually appealing product displays and merchandising standards.
  • Perform regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist with assembling new bikes and preparing customer bikes for service.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient showroom and back-of-house area.
