Job Description

As a Clinic Concierge at Laser Clinics Australia - Perth CBD, you will be the face and ambassador of our brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences from initial contact to post-visit follow-up.

  • Welcome clients with a smile by creating an inviting atmosphere that ensures outstanding support and care throughout their visit.
  • Maintain immaculate clinic cleanliness and organisation to the highest standard.
  • Promote sales and rebooking by meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) for product sales and client rebooking.
  • Guide and educate clients on pre- and post-care advice and recommend suitable skincare products.
  • Contribute to clinic success by engaging with clients across various communication channels - face-to-face, phone, and email.
