The Technical Business Development Manager position is pivotal in driving our division's success. We seek a skilled and dynamic individual to spearhead business growth and contribute to our sustainability goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to boost revenue and profitability.
  • Built strong relationships with architects, designers, and engineers to drive client satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities and create tailored solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, sustainability objectives, and competitors through market research.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative client solutions.
  • Provide technical support to customers pre-, during-, and post-sales.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (desired).
  • Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience in the concrete industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong technical knowledge of concrete materials, applications, and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within the region.
