Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Governance Leader, where you will be responsible for proactively identifying, managing, mitigating, and monitoring risks associated with our Consumer Division. Your focus will be on Consumer Transformation.

You will lead a team of risk professionals who support the Division and its Executive Office in all aspects of Risk Governance. This includes preparing, reviewing, and submitting risk papers for Risk Committees, including those for the Board and Director Risk Touchpoints when required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving data insights within reporting and overseeing data reports for risk management purposes.
  • Engaging with audits as required and providing continuous disclosure for key risk incidents and regulatory matters.
  • Providing guidance for regulatory changes and overseeing large divisional projects to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional leadership skills and stakeholder management abilities.
  • More than 15 years of experience in risk management frameworks, deep expertise in consumer banking non-financial management or compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and embed risk concepts and toolsets, implementing group or divisional regulatory frameworks.
