About the Role

As an Advanced Practice Nurse with E4 Recruitment, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to elderly residents in various aged care facilities. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Diploma of Nursing or higher qualification
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • All required vaccinations up to date

Experience: Minimum 6 months experience in Residential Homes or Hospitals in Australia
