About the Role

As a Registered Nurse in this dynamic environment, you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care that addresses the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents.
  • Provide support and education to residents and their families, promoting independence and quality of life.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
  • Previous experience in aged care or a similar setting is highly desirable, but not essential.
  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to work autonomously, making informed decisions that promote quality care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and residents.
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to care, prioritising the dignity and respect of every individual.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment, contributing to a positive and supportive culture.
