Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Graduate Program in Aged Care. This 12-month program offers a structured and supported environment for newly registered nurses to consolidate and develop their clinical and professional competence.

About the Role
  • As part of our Graduate Program, you will work closely with our experienced nursing team to provide high-quality patient care in our aged care facilities.
  • You will have opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will be matched to an ongoing position at Bendigo Health following the completion of the Graduate Program. This may be in a particular unit or alternatively on residential aged care pool.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with the Registered Nurse standards of practice.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your clinical and professional competence.

Requirements
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in aged care.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
