About the Opportunity
As a Registered Nurse with Mercy Aged and Community Care Ltd, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where every moment truly matters. You will be responsible for:
- Providing quality resident-focused and clinical care, ensuring the highest standards of care are met.
- Effectively supervising and leading a team of carers and nurses, demonstrating our core values and promoting a positive team culture.
- Taking an active role in getting to know our residents and their families, building strong relationships and fostering a sense of community.
- Undertaking assessments, treatment, and documentation to the highest standard, maintaining accurate records and contributing to our commitment to excellence.
Your Qualifications and Experience
We are looking for a compassionate and flexible individual who possesses excellent clinical, time management, organisational, and communication skills. You should be able to adapt and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude towards residents, colleagues, and families.
To thrive in this role, you will need:
- A current Police Record Check.
- A current COVID-19 certificate, proof of current influenza vaccination, and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
