Job Title: Technical Services Leader

The ideal candidate will lead a dedicated team of service technicians to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and timely service delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Team Leadership: Manage workload, monitor performance, and plan for development opportunities.
  • Service Coordination: Organize scheduling and coordination of service breakdowns, installations, and preventative maintenance.
  • Customer Service: Serve as a key point of contact for service issues, providing updates on service schedules and resolving customer complaints.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, communication, and job turnaround through system and process improvements.
  • Job Oversight: Monitor open jobs, quotations, and follow-ups through the CRM system.

To succeed in this role, you must be an experienced leader who can balance people leadership with hands-on operational administration. You bring structure, energy, and accountability to your team while being comfortable developing strategy and getting involved in day-to-day operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in service management, coordination, or supervisory roles within a technical or field service environment.
