Service Leadership Role

This is a challenging leadership position where you will oversee our experienced service team, consisting of both field and workshop-based technicians.

You will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of 8 service technicians, including workload management, performance monitoring, and development planning.

The ideal candidate is a confident leader who embraces challenges in a technical environment and can balance people leadership with hands-on operational administration.

The successful Service Manager will bring structure, energy, and accountability to their team, and are equally comfortable developing strategy and getting stuck into day-to-day operations.

This role requires a proactive and adaptable mindset with the ability to lead and support simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support a team of service technicians
  • Manage workloads and prioritize tasks
  • Monitor performance and implement development plans
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in service management or supervisory roles within a technical environment
  • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent customer focus
  • Able to adapt quickly and tackle challenges with creative problem-solving solutions
  • Proficient in job management and CRM systems (Simpro or equivalent)
