The ICT Support Officer role is an excellent opportunity to utilize your technical expertise and deliver exceptional support services to staff and students across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide on-site technical assistance and support to users.
- Ensure timely resolution of all assigned support requests (Level 1 and 2 support).
- Respond promptly to incidents and diagnostic support for users and issues raised.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain various devices including desktops, laptops, tablets, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and support services including operating systems (MacOS, iOS, and Windows), applications, and systems (e.g., Microsoft 365).
A successful candidate will possess a customer-focused approach, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as relevant experience in a similar role with exposure to a broad range of technologies.
Key qualifications include:
- ICT experience with general operating systems and software (Apple and Microsoft technologies).
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills with diverse individuals.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality service to users.
- Relevant certifications and industry-recognized qualifications are advantageous.
Candidates must undergo a thorough screening process, which includes a Working with Children Check.
