Administrative Documentation Officer

At Viatris, we are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Documentation Officer to join our Quality Systems team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining document control for GxP documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, update, and maintain master documents to ensure compliance with GxP, regulatory, and quality requirements.
- Prepare, update, and route documents for approval using Microsoft Word.
- Compile and complete documentation to support change requests.
- Filing and archiving of documents.
- Ensure compliance and inspection readiness for master documents.
- Track and manage document updates, including KPI and escalation reporting.
Requirements
- Qualifications in Science or related field.
- Previous experience working in an Electronic Document Management System.
- Previous experience in a GMP Environment.
- High aptitude for Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong documentation practices.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Ability to operate office equipment.
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with peers, business contacts, and corporate management.
