Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our organisation. This is a dynamic role that requires the ability to work independently, think critically and execute with precision.

About the Role
  • This role involves driving mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, contracts and governance matters. You will be responsible for providing strategic legal advice and guidance to senior leadership across various functions.
  • You will be working closely with our teams in finance, people, operations and accounting to drive business objectives.
  • As the legal brain of the business, you will handle complex commercial contracts, employment law, data protection and risk management.
Requirements
  • 6-10+ years post-qualified experience in a similar role
  • A strong grounding in M&A, corporate or transactional work
  • Broad legal exposure across commercial contracts, employment, data/privacy, governance etc.
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Collaborative attitude, fast-moving and practical approach to problem-solving
