We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to join our team and support the Project Kuiper initiative.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented lawyer with experience in corporate law and business development to take on a key role in shaping the future of global connectivity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting commercial customer and partner deals across APAC, structuring and negotiating agreements, and providing expert counsel on legal issues related to customer and partner contracts.

  • Supporting business development efforts in APAC
  • Drafting and negotiating agreements for services and customer terminals
  • Counseling the business team on legal matters related to customer and partner contracts
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A license to practice law in Australia
  • Experience in corporate law firms and in-house roles
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, outsourcing, telecommunications, cloud computing services or equivalent

You should also have a strategic mindset and be able to develop creative solutions to complex legal challenges.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders and colleagues.
