This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic firm as a corporate lawyer.

  • Assist partners on mergers, acquisitions and capital raisings
  • Draft and review commercial agreements, shareholder documents and corporate policies
  • Conduct legal research on corporate and securities laws; prepare advice for clients
  • Coordinate due-diligence processes and liaise with stakeholders
  • Help clients navigate compliance and regulatory filings
  • Contribute to business-development activities and thought-leadership articles
Requirements
  • Admitted lawyer with 2–5 years' corporate law experience
  • Solid drafting skills and understanding of corporate transactions and governance
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines
  • Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from senior colleagues
  • Interest in developing expertise in emerging practice areas (e.g., ESG, tech)
