We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Lawyer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial transactional and finance work, with prior experience in general commercial litigation, insolvency and dispute resolution matters.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially savvy and enthusiastic lawyer who has the aptitude and desire to develop a practice.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working directly with a Commercial Partner, providing advice on commercial lending, trade and receivables finance and advising financiers, insolvency practitioners and commercial clients on the PPSR.
