Job Title: Business Lawyer

We are looking for a qualified business lawyer to join our team. This role involves developing and maintaining high-quality legal content, preparing practical resources, and supporting relationship managers to build brand awareness.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have recent experience in an Australian mid-to-top-tier law firm or in-house counsel role. They will have a strong understanding of commercial law and be able to communicate complex ideas in plain English.

This is a permanent role with flexible working arrangements. The successful candidate will work closely with our content manager to develop and maintain our Practical Guidance product.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain high-quality up-to-date practical legal content.
  2. Prepare and maintain practically-focused content as well as practical resources for our popular Practical Guidance product.
  3. Support relationship managers to help build brand awareness and influence market share across clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  1. Australian qualified lawyer.
  2. Recent experience in an Australian mid-to-top-tier law firm or in-house counsel role.
  3. Strong understanding of commercial law.
  4. Excellent communication and writing skills.
  5. Aptitude for building and fostering relationships with diverse clients and stakeholders.
