Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Performance Manager to join our team. This is a permanent full-time position responsible for overseeing multiple sites, managing operations, and driving continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in audit management, internal audits, and compliance with regulatory requirements. They will also possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing an audit schedule to ensure regular and systematic internal audits of both internal staff and external contractor staff.
  • Performing detailed internal audits to evaluate adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identifying non-compliances and developing corrective action plans to address any deficiencies and monitoring the implementation and effectiveness of these corrective actions.
  • Tracking and reporting on KPIs to ensure operational objectives are being met.
  • Maintaining effective communication and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the defence sector or a large multi-site organisation.
  • Proven experience in audit management and conducting internal audits.
  • Strong understanding of compliance, regulatory requirements, and risk management practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
