Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Client Service Consultant to join our specialist wealth division. This role is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a real impact in resolving client matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality customer service via live chat and phone call, utilizing advanced systems to manage communication effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with financial advisors to assist with the delivery of financial products and services.
  • Utilize critical thinking skills to navigate and resolve complex client issues, providing advice on our products and services.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience within wealth management, superannuation or related fields, preferably in a contact centre environment.
  • Proven accuracy and typing skills to perform at a high standard when using live chat platforms.
  • Demonstrable critical thinking skills to navigate and resolve multifaceted client issues.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to be empathetic and resolve queries in a timely manner.
