Client Services Professional

Forget everything you know and expect about contact centre customer service. This is a team where you use your brain to deliver quality experiences for clients.

  • Handle calls and capture caller data into our systems
  • Listen to clients, understand their enquiry and assist to deliver the best possible experience
  • Collaborate with other teams to deliver solutions
  • Schedule appointments between clients and assessors

Our office space offers all amenities in a convenient central location, easily accessible by public transport. We promote professional growth through various training programs and career advancement opportunities.

We are looking for someone who can multitask, work autonomously, have attention to detail and resourcefulness. Full-time role working a rotating roster from Monday to Friday, with hours between 7am and 6pm.
