- Provide coaching and mentorship on claims management topics, ensuring understanding and on-the-job assistance.
- Ensure the quality of feedback from monitoring is clear, concise, and constructive, driving development and quality improvement.
- Participate in learning and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Able to influence others and coach/mentor effectively.
- Significant experience in client-facing roles.
- Claims management and/or injury management expertise.
- Skills in interpreting data and building reporting.
